49th Street Figs
This is my favorite fig tree in Temescal, and the residents harvest this tree throughout the season. If you ask, though, they'll most likely allow you to join in the harvest, especially towards the end of season, when the figs are especially sweet, puckered, and sun-kissed.

Hi Asiya.
I live in Temescal and have good size fig tree as well but have had inconsistent harvests. I'd love to get in touch with some others in the area to get care and harvest tips. Please let me know if you or they are willing.
Thanks much!
